SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once your order has been received, you will receive an email confirming your order. We will review your order and upon confirmation, we will get your order ready for shipment.

Once your order has been received, you will receive an email with the order confirmation as well as an invoice stating your purchased goods.

We usually ship our orders with in 1-2 business days depending on the day of the week purchased. Monday – Thursday we usually ship with in 24 hours of purchase. Orders purchased on Friday or Saturday will be shipped on the following business day, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order. Through that email, you will be able to follow up with your package and check the status. Upon delivery, you will get another email stating your order has been delivered. If it is not in your email, check your spam box or contact our customer support.

With the email we sent you, you can track your order. Make sure you order has shipped. If you see the tracking number and it has not been updated, contact us and we will resolve the situation.  If the tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive your order, contact the shipping company. With any other problems, contact our customer service.

Credits normally take 7 to 10 days to appear in your account from the time we received your items back.

If you believe we sent you the wrong product, you must contact customer support immediately. Failing to do will be at our sole discretion if we choose to change it. So please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to remedy the situation.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We charge your payment method approximately 24 hours before we ship your items.

If your order has not shipped yet, changes can be done under certain circumstances, such as change of address. Cancellations may be approved if the order has not yet shipped. Changes to your order or cancelations cannot be accepted once shipped.

Package tracking is your orders tracking information. You should receive an email after your order has shipped with the tracking information. If it is not in your email, check your spam box or contact our customer support.

If  you live in the same state as our warehouse located in California, you do have to pay sales tax.
